HourVoice spent most of today at IMSA, the International Motor Sports Associ – no, wait, the Illinois Math & Science Academy, in Aurora. The morning was spent evaluating presentations from five sophomore Student Leadership Exchange teams focused on social enterprises (SocEnt). If you think VCs are tough, you should try going up against IMSA teachers; ours bore into each project like a carbide-tipped drill bit.
After lunch, we met with the three IMSA students who have “adopted” HourVoice. We had a lively and productive discussion on guerilla marketing tactics, and I’m actually quite optimistic about the potential of their plan to get HourVoice a ton more users.
